Edible Collagen Casing:
This casing provides a natural look and bite while adding the benefit of consistency and consistent output to your production. Edible collagen is versatile for snack, processed and fresh applications. It comes in a variety of colours and sizes. Size range is from 17mm - 40mm.
Non- Edible Collagen Casing:
This casing can be used for both dried and cooking applications. Casing comes in both straight middles and round curved shapes in a range of colours. Non-edible collagen can protect your product in mould applications and can cook to high temperatures in certain applications. Size ranges for 38mm - 120mm
Fibrous Casing:
A cost effective way to maximize speed and efficiency of dired, cooked and smoked products. Fibrous casings do a great job of allowing for development of colour and creating a meat cling to the casing. Sizes are available in a 38mm to a 140mm. Fibrous casings can be sold in multiple colours or prints.
Cellulose Casing:
These casings are used to create a "skinless" type product. Typically used for hot dog and skinless sausages, cellulose casings fair well with emulsified products and cooking or smoking applications. Cellulose is easily peeled off the casing with our easy peel technology. Casings can be provided in a variety of colours and with stripes to identify unpeeled casing. Size ranges from 19mm to 42mm.
Plastic Casing:
These casings are great for maximizing shelf life and yield of fresh, frozen and cooked products. Plastic casings come in a variety of tints, colours and can be printed. There are also options with smoke or spice impregnated options to save time in production and give a natural look while saving on yields.
